Bath Spa Live membership is now available to all Bath Spa University students.
Members have free access to the most exciting, inspiring and diverse series of events in Bath! Just turn up an event and if there are seats available, you can pick up a free ticket from the box office and waltz straight in.
Seats can also be booked in advance by emailing tickets@bathspalive.com or by visiting the ticket office in the Michael Tippett Centre.
To purchase your membership card, come and find us at the Freshers' Fair (stall 23), pop into our office University Theatre Room 110 or buy one on the door at any of our events.
* Please note, Spartacus and Pick 'n' Mix events are excluded from this scheme
I've got my membership card, now how to I get my tickets?
For Live Performances:
On the door
Just turn up at any BSL event and if there are seats available, you can pick up a free ticket from the box office and waltz straight in.
In advance
You can book a seat in advance by emailing tickets@bathspalive.com or visiting the ticket office in the Michael Tippett Centre.
You must then collect your ticket at least 10 minutes before the event starts. If you ticket is not collected and the event is sold out, your seat may be allocated to another audience member.
Be warned – if you repeatedly book seats in advance and fail to attend events (or let us know that you are unable to attend), your membership may be cancelled!
For Film Screenings:
PA Recorded Media students: space in the auditorium will be reserved for you – just turn up and show your membership card at the door.
Other students & staff: seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on the door.
Due to our licence agreement, film screenings are only open to membership card holders and seats cannot be booked in advance.
Season Ticket Terms & Conditions
· This card must be presented when you book and collect tickets
· This card does not guarantee you access after an event has started
· This card does not guarantee you access to a fully-booked event
· Tickets booked in advance must be collected in person at least 10 minutes before the event starts
· If an event is sold out, advance booked tickets which have not been collected may be reallocated to waiting audience members from 10 minutes before the start of the show
· If you book tickets in advance and fail to attend events three times or more, your membership card may be cancelled without refund
· This card is not transferrable or refundable
· £5 will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards
· This card is the property of Bath Spa Live
· Spartacus and Pick 'n' Mix events are excluded from this scheme
